COP Senegal BV remains in the JV with the same WI for now. But it has changed its registered business name in the Hague. The shares of this holding company changed hands after nobody took up the PE option for the JV WI from their notice. FAR are seeking declaratory relief on the compliance of the notice on the basis that they did not get the option to purchase the shares of COP Senegal BV on the same terms as WPL and they reserve their right to PE.
All parties will have a scenario based game plan to react if/when trigger events occur, they have had plenty of time to consider options! When it happens it will flow fairly rapidly I expect.
