If they decide to? Surely it is a forgone conclusion that they will? If they did not they would look like time and money wasters as well as monumental idiots. In truth thought that thought did cross my mind that they would obtain their right to PE then back pedal for whatever reason or excuse. It would take a brave management team indeed to make that very, very, very bad decision...
