I think what ever happens WPL will still be in the game ,Maybe a back up deal has been done
If Far loses ,then we just go back to business . If we win WPL will maybe do a full t/o paying as the different ,from what they payed plus cost .or they could lose the lot .
To me there has been to much time and money gone into this deal just to walk away ,FAR may have some other company waiting on the side line .but WPL has got the foot in the door .
So please boy and girls ,pull your finger out ,and do a deal ,sick of reading about PE
