It does not matter what happens Mad.....if FAR win declaratory relief then they still have PE rights however its arrived at.
I find it a little confusing why some posters think a ruling of FAR having PE rights still is not an award?
FAR win they can PE the 35% if they decide to and if COP try it on the government can simply cancel the lease.
I personally think the days of WPL paying FAR off are gone IF they ever existed.
If WPL do anything it would make a whole lot more sense to have a full blown tilt at FAR but this in itself would appear to be an admission that they are not confident of keeping the 35%.
FAR IMO will either win or lose.
The exploitation approval delay is a sure sign the government are not going to approve anything [ rightly ] until the dispute is sorted. Aimo DB
