It would be worse for 1 simple reason.
It would prove categorically that WPL don't have clear title to the WI.
If they did then there would/should be no delay one would assume?
Whether the JV can FID without government approval for exploitation remains the question or is technical approval enough?
Imo if the exploitation has been approved the JV would have to report it.... Is it not material information? Aimo DB
