You do know that what FAR says does not necessarily come to pass.
When they do say something its disputed by the J/V as well.
I guess this is really all in your opinion but you haven't addressed that if it comes to pass what you are telling us there will be no first oil in 2022, in fact what you are saying is if arbitration is still unresolved in the next 2 years it will push back first oil date further, yes?
