Got nothing to do with what I wish for and its not a light bulb moment either.....its what FAR has said and what CNE clearly expected.
I note above from Ya's post that exploitation plan is technically approved according to CNE.......not sure what the extension of the PSC until December is for as my understanding is the exploitation area is ring fenced and the exploration PSC for that area is then cancelled?
None of the JV partners have announced government approval as far as I'm aware which requires reserves to be booked and would be very material to FAR at least.
I don't know..... but a reasonable guess would be the government has extended the PSC until there may be some certainty around the dispute and where its headed? I imagine they would prefer their operator to have clear title?
I mean how would it look if they grant exploitation approval and then COP lose?
All I know is FAR seem to think government approval will not come until later in 2019 and if you and Hot had actually taken the time to read them then you would know that nothing I said was false, unsubstantiated or speaking for anyone...... DB
