One thing to note is that the PE saga has shifted largely from no chance to a higher chance of COS and the problem emphasis has shifted towards FAR's finance. That in itself tells me something. A good sign.
But the thing is even if the PE is successful, FAR is not bound to take it if the value is not there!! So no sweat. However, I am sure a lot of big oil will. All 35% with a commission to FAR
