IMO the worst aspect of an online traders chatsite is attacks on management made by posters who in the vast majority of cases know jack S#@t about running a Company , all done behind a screen of anonymity and knowing management aren't in a position to respond....if they had an ounce of courage they would take their concerns to Management itself .

Any holder who can put a reasoned and rational argument on management performance , how they could do it better having putting aside their personal biases and emotions and based it around looking at the Company as a whole ,taking into account the income situation , timelines involved achieving income and that Management have act for all shareholders not individuals, then they would be worth listening to...Im waiting and expect to wait a long time.

iIt's fair to say that being a traders chatsite the short term shareprice dominates their thinking, as most are here for the short term and many don't appear to understand what's involved in building a Company, but current shareprice is only part of the story when your dealing with a Company such as FAR , it's what it might be in x number of years , the day to day shareprice is is beyond the control of any management ( other than from a short term blip) ,the market is much bigger than them.

For me anyway the biggest clue to Management performance, beyond the obvious, is what the biggest shareholders do and so far they have not only backed the Company but stayed the course, like management they think long term but will consider anything that may happen along the way....
