But will FAR have to pay for spending, since an illegal transaction will have occurred, in the event FAR win? I'm not so sure.
I don't believe its normal for illegal activity to be compensated for especially given they transacted whilst in dispute.
Will COP pay WPL?
If arbitration finds in FAR's favour then COP is the legal owner still. Aimo DB
