Arbitration rules are crystal clear. He who claims the 35% must continue forth. I said from day 1 that WPL would become operator as it is part of the 35%.
FAR have consistently said since 2016 that there is no government approval for the transaction.
Even WPL have not stated that they have approval.
Instead they have a participating arette which IMO was given to allow them to continue in the JV.
FAR filed for arbitration on 20-6-17. The next day a government arette is announced. Clearly this was coordinated.
For those that say FAR have not notified the market that they have received no notification of approval well they should have went to speck savers. Below from 8-6-17. DB
