If all the claims above, was the result of legal advice that FAR had received, why didn't it update the market?
Why did it only update a few individuals rather than the market?
If what has been claimed above was actual communication from FAR, then as a publicly listed company, it must update the market, as these claims (allegedly) by FAR are market sensitive information.
If not, then they are just fairy tales like all previous fairy tales - such as Presidential Decrees onward.
