You would expect the government to notify JV partners of approval would you not?
Anyways 30 October 2016 FAR said no approval Financial Review article, then the 7 June 2017 Business Insider article [ you think they may have asked the government for clarification by then hey? ] and to top it off a WPL announcement saying FAR are claiming no approval and a complete sidestep by WPL......if they had approval they would have trotted it out and bashed FAR with it.
