So far the only person mouthing of was PC. Neither FAR nor the Senegalese Government indulged in any banter. But we also know that the delay to lodging the PE was caused by the Government asking FAR and COP to sort it out amicably. WPL has also not used the Arete since to justify their involvement.You can blame CN to be a bit optimistic at times or to say things which did not end up in the public forum afterwards, but she is not prone to lying or bragging. Personally I prefer the quiet achiever. At the time of WPL receiving the Arete the Senegalese Minister dealing with this was unceremoniously removed and not heard of since. There was no outcry in the country. Let's face it WPL has also never published the arete.
Re CN "now being an expert in Senegal Administrative law as well" I would expect her to understand clearly what happened here. When asked if WPL would know all these things, it was suggested to ask them.
