I always like to see steady management at the top. He has been at BRG a good length of time and had skin in the game (168,000 shares) and has given us some very positive results in the past few years.
Given the current position of BRG, the salary range and the significant shareholders, I look forward to seeing a strong appointment in the not-too-distant future.
