It's my understanding that you can direct the chairman to cast your votes, as you fill them out on your ballot paper or give him your proxy for him to vote (how the board wants). Is this correct? Are you suggesting that the chairman won't vote as directed?

Its also my understanding that one can fill out and sign (of course) the voting form and send it to the registry as a pdf attachment - this gives you a record that it was sent and received (otherwise it would bounce).
I have done this previously. You can request acknowledgment of receipt, but the registry may not comply.
BUT, the registry does not count the votes -it merely forwards them to the company, and they do the count.I not sure what oversight is exercised by an independent person(s) to validate the correctness of the process.

Will a shareholder attendee at the AGM be able to see the votes?
Comments (by those who know) please.
Expect some favourable announcements between now and the AGM, but this should not sway people from voting down the option packages .... 40c strike is ridiculously low .... just getting back to recent highs FFS.
