Here's some interesting points to ponder from this year's Annual Report... (disc...based on best info I could attain - ta google etc)

~ 14 of the top 20 S/h's were part of the top 20 last year
~ Those 14 S/h's controlled 51% of the shares last year
~ Those 14 S/h's control 73% of the shares this year
~ Past & present "Insiders" (so to speak) currently control circa 56% of the shares
~ The top 9 of those 14 S/h's have all increased their holding (admittedly not all by cash)
~ 4 of those 14 S/h's have maintained their holding
~ Only 1 of those 14 S/h's have decreased their holding (by 20%)
~ I know at least 1 new S/h of this year's top 20 is a long term accumulating holder
~ Just over 81% of the shares are held by just under 4% of the shareholders

This all suggests to me the vast majority of the shareholding is held very tightly by those who are (should be!) "in the know". It may also suggest that those "in the know" are vacuuming up the shares from those who "aren't in the know".

As to today's selling ..... I just don't know!!
