I note that the presentation to the 2014 AGM (only one I have attended) noted that the project was 86% complete. I see in this annual report, two years later, it is now 85% complete????

At least we still have a string of interested parties close to completing a deal, albeit a different set of parties that were close to closing a deal reported at the 2014 AGM.

Will it ever end! The promises, the disappointment, the eternal hope.
