Some questions about the Annual Report:

I noticed the directors each have added 2.5 million partly paid shares. Where did these come from? Were they allowed to partly pay for SPP shares and, if so, what did they pay?

The top 20 list uses Mr Turbots partly paid shares in his total shareholding. How can they count shares that he doesn't own?

I've been waiting a few years now but not as long as some here. If my APG shares weren't in a super fund in pension phase they would have been dumped at a huge loss long ago. It's about time some of these "talks" with all these companies all over the world actually produce something. In the meantime I wait and hope to someday actually be happy with my long-term investment in APG.
