Page 69 (72 of pdf) has the new and revised top 25 holdings.

After a quick eyeball (I might have missed a couple) it looks mostly the same as the post-consolidation one. With the following new names appearing on the list & one disappearing I can see:

NEW: Mrs Rasa Roberts 1,195,638....2.6%
NEW: Mr David Patrick Webb 1,030,500...2.3%
GONE: Kinetic Investments Company Pty Limited 815,516...1.8%


Might be these two could be the responsible for 'mystery' 100k parcels & increased volume of the past month..?


Overall Top 25 hold 70.1% (31,818,340)
compared with around 65% from memory mid august

Fairly Solid Annual report. Great to get a bit more detail on the Clements restructure and potential sale of the business (savings projected at +1m PA.

As well as the Cap Raising - which is mentioned in the annual report to be 3mil (combined with additional loans from significant holders and extension of existing financing) overall fairly positive IMO as was expecting more dilution (although depends on the issue price of the CR I guess..!)

Anyone else pick up anything in there?
