Andy Well was discovered by both Heath Hellewell and Allen Kelley , Heath took on the roll of exploration geo from then with Kelley the MD , but Heath left guessing 3 years ago in that time he did some decent greenfield work outside of Andywell , however I would say that once they ended up with both Andywell and Deflector it probably took away the focus on the more remote exploration.
I was a critic of the company getting Deflector , as thought the metallurgy problematic but I have been proven wrong and if they had just concentrated on AW the company would have gone broke .
I was fortunate to have bought back in a year ago after seeing the initial exploration results for Da vinci , that the metallurgy issues had been sorted due to a German company buying the middlings and after AW was stated to be closing down - which was really a vote of confidence by the company in Deflector , but was perceived badly by the market .
