PNC have already stated that they had more than enough interest in their last corporate bond & could replicate again, that is far more likely than a cr.
They don't need to borrow anywhere near $120m. In fact they don't need to borrow anything at all, the shortfall indicated is $20m-$30m & they can simply not invest that money in the business if need be.
