I expect PNC to announce that they have nearly completed their debt acquisition target for 2019 in the AGM announcement.
With regard to expanding their range i wouldn't be surprised to see a similar announcement to the NZ acquisition that may require a cr that would be on top of previous targets.
No way they'd go anywhere near ZIP debt collection or similar, completely wrong end of the spectrum. More likely to go into mortgage delinquency market IMO.
