The people / person who set up strategy, culture, and structure are the ones who ultimately drive the most value in the medium to long term.
I'm sure those further down the rung get appropriate remuneration.
Considering if this company gets things right it could be worth multiples of current SP, I'd say a further 200,000 would be recognised for what it is.
