Hey Tersue, yes mate I would agree to a certain extent, I was sitting up with Az in the front row, I wanted to look them all in the eye when asking my questions. The faces have changed and I believe for the better, I particularly like Phil and the way he went about it. I think Phil and Sophie both learnt a lot about shareholders in this meeting and understand the frustrations vented. I do believe that things will improve and if they show signs of it, it will happen rapidly.
