Why let them off the hook....they had 5 years to come up with the cash. They used the shares to vote. Time to pay up.
I havent seen one of our BOD significantly put their hand in their own pocket and buy shares on market. Yet you see it all the time with projects that are far more risky.
If they sell or manage a way to weasel out of the loans its clear they have no confidence in what they are pushing.
Why let them off the hook....they had 5 years to come up with...
