Gresham were significant to me, thought they were working on equity and debt and provided some credibility. To me this lack of disclosure is material.
New Chairman would find skeletons in the closet. I expected he/she would breakdown expenses etc ($700k).Corporate cars, meals, accommodation, conference attendances and other.
If the travel expense of $450k is for one year, it would be excessive. A new independent chairman may have looked into this. Same auditor since 2005.
No adequate response on cash bonuses. He either is or is not entitled and is already overpaid.
No questioning from Browns on Vimson,very surprised by this.
Could raise other matters, that now appears futile. Had intended to increase holding, not now. Expect much of the same. Complacent shareholders delivered for the incumbents.
Why did the Nrowns not ask for placement reasoning to Vimson, we are no more informed.
