I've been around the micro-small cap space for many years and seen highs and lows,great management teams and some total shockers. So I've been thinking about why,this result is one of the most disappointing GM/AGM votes I have ever followed.
It seems to me that the reasons are that A) an opportunity for the smaller holders to be heard on something of this nature and to effect change do not come around often and B) the gaping chasm between the potential of this company,which is significant,and the demonstrated (lack of)ability of the current board to realise that full potential,could barely be more evident.If the size of the prize was modest,then perhaps so too would be the importance of getting things right the first time and the amount of disappointment in the current charade,would also be modest.
As you say it's time to look forward,unfortunately all I see is the same guys,with the same attitudes,so forwards looks pretty similar to what has already been.
