I must confess to selling 1.8 million shares today. I hope my reasons for selling are absolutely wrong - but I have begun to doubt the integrity of the Board. The placement of 90 odd million shares at a 20% discount just after the s249d when anyone wanting that big a slice of the company would normally have to pay a premium (if a placement) or bid the price much higher (if on market) worries me because it would have required majority director support - as I see it, it is not just one director.
TNG has great potential and I remain in the top 20 (at present) with hopes of mining and TiVan. However, I am still committed to Vanadium and roughly half my $170,000 proceeds sent to purchase AVL. If they have any sense they will seek a TiVan licence in due course. Much of the rest went on a small health company, RHT, who have just got another US FDA approval. Basically I decided that speculation may well be better managed if spread out a little.
