I think it's almost a certainty that the volume selling today were from the same executives who requested for a loan extension last year. Im certaIn they didn't antIcIpate Paul Brown raising the s249d and that askIng for a loan extension would have certainly lost them the much needed votes. They also didnt elect to sort out the s249d wIthIn 30 days to buy tIme for the good news to flow in.. More than lIkely thIs team were probably hoping that wth TO and ML approved, the SP would have been atleast double from where we are today, enabling them to get finance, or to sell down a much smaller parcel to pay out the loans. Unfortunately it's backfired on them and now they are frantically selling to not default. Tsk tsk..
