Yup, I've decided to take up my allocation of new shares. Firstly it averages down my holding, but more importantly, and after attending the AGM and talking with management, I do feel the new CEO has set the right tone, is cost conscious and (more importantly) revenue focussed.
The business only has to deliver on the contracts it has already won to achieve a satisfactory outcome for FY18. Sure, I would have been happier if they'd announced some big contracts yesterday, but I was pretty comfortable with the conversations I had with the team after the AGM.
