Is all happening and inking of the deal is imminent after 2 years of serious and intense negotiations.
Sorry, I am only joking - don't expect speedy conclusion of any deal, it would be a slow grind gracier pace progress based on past performance.
I suspect the expectation is too high from Noel that prevent any decent deal being strucked
I reckon another year or two before we see any action, or any action at all.
