Supprised this is not discussed more but even in the couple of years I have been a shareholder Ross and Justin have grossed over half a million$ each and look where that has got us. For a company this size it’s a bit hard to stomach to be honest, while the guys keep rattling the tin every couple of months we SH have seen the value of our investment decimated. I realise exploration is a risky business and the rewards are ther but I’d far rather the 2 guys got a third of what they get now with an incentive based remuneration that way I would truly believe them when they say management and shareholders interests are aligned.
