I find your comments to be no more reliable than the piracy story that appeared on ASX General the other day. If all you are relying on are a handful of media reports notorious for poor quality journalism, misleading reporting, subjectiveness, misinformation, and of course hidden agendas, and these "friends of yours in high places" within the commercial property market, who incidentally may or may not exist in real life, and even if they are real, may or may not be competent and in a position to make an accurate judgement call, it is still one person's opinion against another's and by relying on these sources instead of doing some research on the facts at hand, then your contributions to this thread and about REITs in general are of little if any value, and not easily believable when I look at the strength or lack thereof of your arguments.
If you don't think REITs are worth investing in then don't invest in them.
The only possible motivation you could have for your posts on REITs is in downramping them to take positions in them to ride the recovery when it happens.
Time will tell though, won't it?
Unfortunately today is my last day on this discussion forum for quite some time so I won't be able to read any post you may or may not make, but then again maybe I am not interested in reading it if it is made up of 100% speculation with no factual evidence backing up your claims like all your other posts have been thus far.
In fact you have thus far been so devoid of your own thoughts and evidence, you even taken it upon yourself to copy and paste other contributers posts in addition to the comments of well-known and notorious Grim Reapers as Michael Pascoe. Some original content backed up by some of your own research citing the facts at hand, rather than subjective media commentary would be rather more appreciated by your fellow forum contributors I am sure, but I won't be holding my breath. Still there is supposedly a first time for everything isn't there?!
