Well, if 75% accept the offer, then MVT would have 50% and control.
however holders will have to vote on the deal, not sure if only need 50% majority or 75% for this one to go thru.
They have not provided any detail of their intentions for MMX after the buyback.
the shell would be so small they could easily make a t/o offer at a later date and use it for their own purposes, whatever that may be.
