FYI, the employee share scheme buyback relates to shares issued in August 2015. The employee shares were issued at the then market price and held in escrow subject to several milestones being met. Certain milestones are no longer eligible to be met therefore those shares are being cancelled ahead of the shareholders’ meeting on 14 April so they are not included in the vote.
