From memory, SCA fully owned AHY a few years ago, before selling down to a 50% JV with PEP.
PEP wanted out, and SCA wanted to reduce their own holding so the float occurred.
I purchased just after float, and sold for a profit, but the price appears to be sliding a bit more recently.
