The buy back is over a 12 month period, and assuming the L/R Wassa posted applies in this case, as I read it, on any given trading day over that 12 month period, they can't buy at a price more than 5% of the VWAP over the previous 5 trading days. 7,500,000 shares over say 250 trading days in a year (keep the maths simple) makes about 30,000 shares per day.

Not sure what the previous 5 days (Thur - Wed) VWAP is as of this morning, but it would be around the 11c mark. So they can put buy orders in at 11.5c. Quite possibly the 80,000 buy order at 11.5 is the buyback order. While they might not get any takers, they at least put a floor under the share price. If all trades today are 11.5c or more, the VWAP of the previous 5 days (Fri - Thur) will be a little bit higher. Maybe not enough to get VWAP +5% up above the next tick (12c), however slowly but surely the price will rise.

I could be full of poop, but that's what I make of it anyway.
