You can understand why this stock has been illiquid over past years as the top holders just keep on holding and holding and not selling nor trading, wonder why? There was a t/o bid back in 2013 by one of the top 5(ASF) but the t/o was not continued. My gut feeling is that this company is sitting on something really good. I'm not prepared to be sucked into this buy-back until at least some of the drilling is done and maybe not at all until it becomes clearer. The Ravenswood project is near RSG's project and RSG went from 23.5 cents in Jan 2016 to a high of $2.35. Hopefully and confidently, AIV will also become a multibagger.
