But those companies are missing one thing, a management team who haven't delivered in nearly a decade. Mr Market is not stupid and the investment firms will be looking at this performance closely for taking that risk.
On sales pitch alone, CFE should be a 20c - 30c share price, but the boy who cried wolf (or Sage who shouted billions) keeps this one at having to prove what it has first.
