Who can pin the tail on the donkey or are there a whole lot of asses that should be kicked here?
An agreement is drawn up, presumably vetted and accepted by lawyers on both sides and when the agreement needs to be acted upon there is a disagreement.
Not only is there a disagreement to the time status, but also to the area covered by the agreement!
How BASIC are such things in an agreement?
Would you like these people to act for you if you were buying a house?
"We are not sure if this is all the house or a part of it! Then again, the date for settlement is not 30 days but 180 days. We are not sure, so we will get legal advice (at shareholders expenses, delay, uncertainty and lack of opportunity").
Will the offending party/parties (dumkopf, imbecile, idiot, fool, dope, clown, village idiot) please come forward and identify yourself/selves.
