Its a WIN / WIN for WGR - either way. Thats my understanding. With Anglo bashing the door down, it proves the resource is well worth pursuing. If the clawback is exercised, Anglo with foot the money spent on expolration of the site....multiplied by 3..wheres the negative? On top of this WGR also retain the right to maintain 25% of the project...possibly predicted at 2 million ounces... I dont see the reason behind the negative impact on share price other than the announcement and this crazy arrangment between WGR and Anglo is a little confusing to digest?
