Wgr and anglo would have the option of proceeding with the jv regardless of resource shortfall if both parties wanted but you would think sub 2M oz would not interest anglo anyway? So yes my understanding is if Anglo didn't come up with over 2M oz then wgr would get 100% back (but not for 2.5 years!)
