60/40 split on joint venture but I think they have equal say in the exploration side of things . To be honest, I don't see either joint venture partner doing much at all with tenements and my guess will be any future exploration will be announced in line with a credit raising, so would not be expecting much while they still have some money in the bank.
Been stagnate for past few year, which indicates to me, the bare minimum exploration will be done to hold onto tenements.
