I believe HAW will do a deal with Saracen for truck, treat and processing of their ore at their 2.4Mtpa plant just down the road
If you have a look at NXM, they struck a similar agreement with Saracen to have their ore processed there
Here is the extract from their presentation:-
Given HAW have submitted a mining plan, they must have something happening in the background and I would put my money on a JV to be announced similar to the above
