It’s very easy to provide positive and negative points anbout anything. Most people here are here because they have an interest in TON and dont need some general negativity while the SP is down and have been given some hope while on the cusp of licences and financing.
Downramping is not going to change anyone’s mind, if your not interested in TON or the entire graphite sector, may as well move along.
Personally I’m looking forward to these tonod options. Imo almost 2 years, a decent excercise price and possibility of a positive 2019 is a good position to try and leverage. Also seems to be in the companies interest to have them converted as it would mean another $13mil in the kitty and make finance much easier.
