T20 has been updated on BBX website. Should see some sub holder notices soon.
No 1. holding has reduced down from 196,250,000 to 170,891,466 - at the time of the T20 update.
Drake have gone back over the 5% reporting requirement so should see a sub notice from them soon too.
No 1. has reverted back to HSBC nominees, whereas they were held through JP Morgan when transferred to the NPT - not sure what the go is with that move.
Michael Leon Schmulian (BBX non-exec director - chairman) has sold a few from all 3 of his holdings since the T20 in the annual report.
Andy Igo has also sold 750k shares from his second holding.
Citicorp appear to be have been a constant seller with 6m+ shares sold.
A bit of shuffling going on with the older holders and some new blood starting to show on the register on the lower end. Stay tuned.
