Solid results, although the large property EBIT increase is due to revaluations only and the sale. Energy cost for Building Products is a worry - there is no discussion on how they are going to mitigate that.
The inclusion of WSHP into ASX100 recently could increase the price of WSHP further. I think further sales of WSHP could be made to fund further acquisitions in the US.
I like to think the market exhibits irrational characteristics. You are getting the building and property business for free indeed!
