I really think BKW are going to have to look at further selling down their SOL stake. The value gap is now even wider with a figure of $25.05 being given in this presentation. It's hard to even make a justification for being a public company when the industrial property and building products businesses are now effectively "free" at the current SP. Don't get me wrong I am a big fan of the business and very pleased to be a shareholder but it's a problem that doesent appear to be going away and if anything may continue to get wider if SOL runs even further.
I really think BKW are going to have to look at further selling...
