The property trust is definitely the hidden jewel for BKW. It gives an exposure to A grade industrial property while also paying fully franked dividends (which is obviously not the case with REITS). I also like the development pipeline which seems to carry on for at least a decade. Net rental income will grow every year for a very long time.
